How to Add Your Business Events to Vero Vine, Automagically

Got an event coming up? There is an easy way to get it onto the Vero Vine calendar without logging into anything, filling out a form, or waiting on us to notice your flyer online.

Just email the details to stacy+events@verovine.com and we will get it added to the calendar for you.

What to include in your email:

Send us the basics so we can list your event right the first time:

  • Event name
  • Date and start time (and end time if you have one)
  • Location, including address
  • A short description, a sentence or two is plenty
  • A link to buy tickets or RSVP, if there is one
  • A photo, if you have one you would like us to use

That is it. No account, no dashboard, no uploading photos through a clunky form. You email it, we add it. We call it automagic because it feels like magic, but it is really just a human on our end reading your email and putting your event on the calendar where locals are already looking for things to do in Indian River County.

Who this is for

This is built for local businesses, restaurants, nonprofits, galleries, and organizers who want their events in front of the Vero Vine audience without extra steps. If you run a wine tasting, a trivia night, a fundraiser, a pop-up market, or a seasonal festival, this is the fastest way to get it listed.

Good to know

Events are reviewed before they go live, so double check your date and time before you send it. If anything changes after we post it, like a rescheduled date or a new location, just email the same address with the update and we will fix it.

Questions about what qualifies or how far in advance to send your event? Email stacy+events@verovine.com and ask, we are glad to help.
