How Event Managers Can Get Events on Vero Vine, Automagically

If you manage events for a venue, a nonprofit, a festival series, or a full calendar of recurring programs, you already know the submission form grind: log in, re-enter the same venue address for the tenth time, upload the flyer again, repeat for every single listing. There is a faster way.

Email your event details to stacy+events@verovine.com and we will get it added to the Vero Vine calendar for you.

What to include in your email

Send the basics for each event so we can list it right the first time:

  • Event name
  • Date and start time (and end time if you have one)
  • Location, including address
  • A short description, a sentence or two is plenty
  • A link to buy tickets or RSVP, if there is one
  • A photo or flyer, if you have one you would like us to use

That is it. No dashboard, no account to manage, no re-typing the same venue details every week.

Built for managing a whole calendar, not just one event

This is where it is different from a one-off event submission. If you are running a series, a season of monthly mixers, a venue's weekly lineup, or a festival with a dozen moving parts, you can send them all in one email or a batch of emails, in whatever order you have them ready. Reuse the same email thread for a recurring series and just swap the date and details each time. If your venue address and ticket link never change, you only have to write out the parts that do.

We call it automagic because it feels like magic, but it is really just a human on our end reading your email and getting your events in front of the Vero Vine audience, the people already looking for things to do in Indian River County.

Who this is for

This is built for event managers, venue operators, festival and series organizers, and anyone juggling more than one listing a month, not just a single business posting its own open house. If your job is keeping a calendar full and accurate across multiple events, this is the fastest way to keep Vero Vine's calendar matching yours.

Good to know

Events are reviewed before they go live, so double check dates and times before you send them. If anything changes after we post it, a new time, a moved venue, a cancellation, just reply to the same thread with the update and we will fix it.

Questions about what qualifies, how far in advance to send events, or how to batch a whole season at once? Email stacy+events@verovine.com and ask, we are glad to help.

Event managers can now email stacy+events@verovine.com to get events, or a whole season of them, added to the Vero Vine calendar automagically. No dashboard, no form, no re-typing the same details twice.
