Precision Putting: what the posts and ads would look like

Concept mockups you can put in front of the client. The top row is your best organic posts re-optimized to convert the reach into action; the bottom row is the paid ads that reuse the same proven content. Imagery is your own brand and product photography standing in for the reel footage.

Read this: the engagement numbers on the first reel are your real figures (936K views). The other reels are new concepts, so their counters are left blank rather than faked. Every headline, caption, and call to action is written for The Grail and ready to produce.

Recent-window post audit (48 most recent Reels)

Pulled live from the account on 2026-07-23: the 48 most recent Reels with real view counts, split into cohorts so the trend shows, not just one number. This is a recent-performance window, not an all-time ranking. The account has about 371 posts, so these 48 are roughly the newest 13 percent, and the all-time 936,000 and 1,100,000 view Reels are older than this window and are excluded from every figure below.

56,070
Average views across these 48 recent Reels. Excludes the older 936K and 1.1M hits.
12,200
Median views. Half do less than this; a few big hits pull the average up.
13 of 48
Reels over 100K views. 28 of 48 did under 15K.

Cohort scorecards

176,300
Top 10 by views. What a hit looks like. Your first paid-ad targets.
16,328
Most recent 10. Current momentum, running well below your best.
95,987 › 59,520 › 20,650
Trend by thirds (oldest to newest). Reach is declining.
The pattern that matters: this account is hit-driven and, lately, fading. Read the two datasets separately. In this recent window of 48: the median Reel does about 12,200 views and the top 10 average 176,300, with the best at 390,000. All time, outside this window: two older Reels hit 936,000 and 1,100,000. Fold those two in and the 50-Reel average rises from 56,070 to 94,547, which is the honest reconciliation of the two numbers. Recent output has dropped off either way: the oldest third of these 48 averaged 95,987 views, the newest third only 20,650. The account can clearly go viral, it is just not doing it consistently right now. The job is to reverse-engineer the winners, post that format on a schedule, and put paid behind the proven ones.

The 48 most recent Reels, ranked by views

The live grid, best to worst, for the 48 most recent Reels. Each thumbnail is the real Reel cover and links to the post. The 936,000 and 1,100,000 view Reels are not in this grid: they predate this window, which is why the top tile here is 390,000.

Why the two biggest Reels are not above: 1,100,000 and 936,000 views, confirmed from your own Instagram insights screenshots, are older than this 48-Reel live pull, so they sit outside the grid and outside its averages. Send the full export and we extend every cohort across all 371 posts, which is the only way to rank all-time properly.

The two outliers, shown separately

These are the 936,000 and 1,100,000 view Reels: the two we were shown in your insights screenshots. They are older than the 48-Reel window above, so they are deliberately excluded from every average on this page. They are almost certainly not your only big Reels. The live grid covers the 48 most recent of roughly 371 posts, so about 320 posts have never been measured by anyone here, and any hits sitting in that gap are invisible to us. Treat every concentration figure below as a floor, not a full picture.

Thumbnails are not shown for these two: they predate the live grid pull, so we have the view counts from your insights screenshots but not the post URLs. Send the full export and we place them properly.

What the outliers teach us

1. This account is extremely hit-driven. Across the 50 posts we can measure, the top 2 carry 43% of all 4,727,362 views, the top 10 carry 76%, and the bottom half carry 3.4%. Reach here is not earned evenly, it is earned by a handful of posts. Note the sample: this is 50 of about 371, so the real totals are higher and there are very likely more hits we have not seen.

2. The average is not a forecast. Adding just those 2 posts moves the mean 69% (56,070 to 94,547) while the median barely moves (12,200 to 13,000). A mean that swings that hard on two data points describes past hits; it does not predict the next post. Plan new organic at the median.

3. They are not flukes. 15 of the 50 posts have cleared 100,000 views, ranging from 107,000 up to 1,100,000. The account reaches six figures routinely. The two outliers are the far tail of a curve that already works, not lightning that struck once.

4. So the paid case is about repeatability, not reach. The brand can already produce reach; what it cannot do is schedule it. Those 15 proven posts are the creative to put budget behind first, because paid is what turns an unpredictable hit rate into predictable delivery.

Organic posts, optimized

Same content, sharper. A hook in the first second, a caption that earns comments, and a clear next step, the things a million views were missing.

Google ads: what they look like in the search results

Concept mockups of the two Google formats in the plan, drawn to Google's real search layout. Prices shown are the verified live store prices. No star ratings appear because the store has no review schema yet, which is itself one of the findings.

What has to be true first. Shopping ads render straight from the Merchant Center feed, so these cards only exist once the feed is live and approved. Two blockers sit in the way today: the Grail Mini is on a draft-style slug (test-the-grail-mini) that would become its own feed landing page, and there is no single bundle product for the highest-cart-value offer. Feed price must also match the landing page to the cent or the item is disapproved. The Mini and bundle are not priced above because their live prices are still unconfirmed.

2. Search ad (brand defence)

Why this one is close to free. The audit found zero advertisers bidding on any tested term, including the brand name, so brand clicks start cheap. This ad exists to keep marketplaces and competitors off your own name once the category gets more competitive, and it is the single cheapest conversion in the plan.
